HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Are we a fit?
Who This Is For
We work with established businesses where marketing effort has real impact.
That typically means companies with:
-
High transaction value, high volume, or both
-
A real cost to getting marketing wrong
-
No internal marketing team, or a desire to replace one
If marketing results don’t materially affect your business, this model is not a fit.
Getting Started
Onboarding Is the Foundation
If marketing has felt frustrating, slow, or disappointing, it usually starts here.
Most marketing begins with surface-level questions.
What do you want it to look like.
What do you want it to say.
What features do you want.
You answer. Then you answer again. Then you answer the same questions later in a slightly different way. And after all that effort, the work still doesn’t quite land.
That’s not because you explained it poorly.
It’s because the work started in the wrong place.
Strong marketing is built on understanding the business, the customer, the problem being solved, and the position being taken in the market. Without that foundation, decisions get pushed back onto you and execution becomes guesswork.
Every engagement starts with onboarding.
During onboarding, we create the core foundation everything else is built on:
-
Your Company Blueprint
-
Your Brand Book
-
Your Systems Map
This work removes ambiguity, creates consistency, and ensures future marketing doesn’t require constant explanation or correction. Once this foundation is in place, work moves forward with far less friction and far better results.
Monthly
Strategy Sessions
Strategy Sessions are where direction is set.
These sessions are used to determine:
-
What initiatives are worth working on
-
What the priority order should be
-
How effort should be allocated for the highest payoff
Strategy Sessions also break initiatives down into Production Sessions, so work progresses intentionally rather than reactively. When priorities change, Strategy Sessions are used to reassess and reallocate effort without losing momentum.
This ensures marketing effort stays aligned to the purpose and prize, not just activity.
How we work
Production Sessions
A Production Session produces a completed marketing asset that supports the current initiative.
That asset is a specific, usable component of the work, not an entire project. It contributes directly to the larger outcome without creating unnecessary overlap or distraction.
The goal of a Production Session is not to “finish everything.”
The goal is to complete the right piece correctly so the initiative can move forward.
Before execution begins, the work is prepared. Direction is confirmed. Context is complete. The Company Blueprint, Brand Book, Systems Map, and relevant strategy decisions are applied. The specialist responsible for the asset receives clear requirements so they are executing, not guessing.
Execution happens with focus.
The appropriate specialist completes the work in a deliberate push, working from a defined specification rather than making decisions mid-stream. This keeps execution aligned to the initiative instead of drifting into interpretation.
Every Production Session includes verification.
The output is checked against the agreed direction, brand standards, and strategic intent before it is considered complete. If refinement is required to meet the agreed standard, it happens before delivery.
In some cases, the most valuable next step is not execution yet. Research, planning, or structural work may be completed as a Production Session when that is what the initiative requires. That work is treated with the same rigor because it directly enables future assets to be executed correctly.
This is how marketing progresses in controlled, usable steps without back-and-forth or micromanagement.
Examples
What Is a Production Session
Click any example below to see how Production Sessions are typically applied to different marketing initiatives. These are illustrative only. The number of sessions applied can increase or decrease based on strategy, priorities, and desired outcomes. More sessions allow for deeper custom work and refinement, while fewer sessions may rely on structured templates or lighter execution within the same skill set.

What you pay
How Pricing Works
We don’t price by task, deliverable, or label.
Buying “a website,” “a funnel,” or “an ad campaign” tells you nothing about how much thinking, preparation, and execution is actually involved. The same label can represent radically different levels of effort and outcome.
Instead, pricing is based on capacity.
You’re paying for a defined level of strategic attention, preparation, execution, and review applied to your marketing initiatives each month. That capacity is allocated through Strategy Sessions and Production Sessions based on what will create the most progress next.
Some initiatives require deeper preparation. Some require more execution. Some require refinement and testing. Capacity is applied intentionally so effort matches the opportunity.
This model prevents overpaying for shallow work and prevents shortcuts caused by underpriced packages. It also makes progress predictable, controlled, and aligned to outcomes rather than activity.
Why it works
Ongoing Work & Momentum
Marketing is not a one-time exchange.
As initiatives are completed, effort is reallocated. As priorities shift, Strategy Sessions reset direction. As assets go live, optimization and testing may follow.
This allows marketing to compound over time instead of resetting every time a new idea appears.

How it works
Terms & Conditions
Terms, Plain and Simple
Spec Guarantee
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed-upon spec — something was missed or not delivered as agreed — we will fix it at no additional cost and provide a credit toward future work. This applies to genuine misses against the agreed brief, not to redirections, preference changes, or feedback submitted after approval.
Scope Approval Requirement
Production work does not begin until scope is clearly defined and written approval to proceed is received. Requests, emails, conversations, or idea submissions do not constitute approval to begin work. All timelines are measured from scope approval, not from initial requests or discussions.
Capacity
Each retainer reserves a maximum amount of capacity per month across all four components of the engagement: strategic consultation, project management, account management, and specialist production. Capacity is a ceiling, not a guaranteed minimum. It is allocated internally to wherever it creates the most progress across your active initiatives. If your engagement is approaching its monthly limit, your account manager will flag it proactively and present options before any work is affected.
Dependency-Based Work
Some work cannot begin until a prior deliverable is completed and approved. Dependency-based work is scheduled sequentially, not in parallel.
- Once a dependency is completed and approved, the next piece of work will be scheduled within one week
- Delays in client approval pause dependent work until approval is received
Priority and Additional Work
When speed or priority changes the rules.
Rush Turnaround (Within One Week)
Any request that requires a deliverable to be completed within seven calendar days of scope approval is classified as a Rush Turnaround.
- Draws additional capacity from outside your standard monthly allocation
- Subject to availability
- Other planned work may be delayed or paused
- Rush Turnaround does not expand scope or guarantee unlimited revisions
Emergency Support (Same-Day or Next-Day)
Any request that requires completion the same day or the next calendar day is classified as Emergency Support.
- Billed at $200 per hour
- 2-hour minimum per emergency request
- Hours required cannot be guaranteed or capped in advance
- Subject to availability and best-effort execution
- Handled outside of your standard monthly capacity
Flex Cap (Pre-Approved Upgrade)
Choose your monthly retainer. Optionally set a Flex Cap one level above — this pre-approves access to that higher tier’s capacity when needed, without re-contracting. You are only billed at the higher level in months when the Flex Cap is used.
- Flex Cap can only be set one level above your retainer
- Subject to availability and scheduling
Minimum Term and Cancellation
The minimum term is three months. After the minimum term, service continues month-to-month with a rolling 90-day cancellation notice. If you want to exit sooner than the 90-day window, you may request early termination by paying one additional month — service ends at the close of that paid month.
